Abstracts should contain a title, list of authors with affiliations and a note of any financial relationship(s) with commercial interests which need to be disclosed for each author.
The word limit (main text body - not including titles, authors, affiliations or tables) is 600 words. The inclusion of one table is permitted. Figures or images are not permitted.
Abstracts should be written in Arial font size 12.
There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author can submit.
There is no limit to the number of authors.
We will also consider relevant abstracts which have been presented or accepted for presentation at San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) 2024.
Presenting your Poster
You will be assigned a poster board in one of the poster hall areas within the conference centre, allocated depending on the theme of your research. The posters will be displayed throughout the conference and there will be dedicated presentation time allocated. Posters for EBCSS 2025 will be printed rather than digital. We do offer a printing service which will become available in early 2025 - alternatively you can bring your own printed poster. The poster must be printed at A1 size (594x841mm) - posters must be printed in portrait, NOT landscape, to fit our poster boards.
Poster Prizes
Prizes will be awarded for the two best posters at the conference by an expert panel of judges.
Scholar-in-training Award
If you are a student, scientist-in-training or physician-in-training you can elect to be considered for an EBCSS 2025 Scholar-in-training award which comes with an award and certificate. Indicated during the abstract submission process if you wish to be considered. You may be asked to provide a CV and confirmation of your training status.
