Registration closes 24th February 2027 at 0500pm UK time
Early-bird registration ends 5th October 2026 at 0500pm UK time
You will be transferred to our University of Edinburgh booking agent Eventbrite to complete registration.
Remember to add a separate EBCSS Dinner Ticket at check-out if you wish to attend.
On completion of your purchase you will be asked to accept the EBCSS 2027 terms and conditions - please find details here.
For corporate block bookings over 5 persons, please contact ebcss@igc.ed.ac.uk to pay via invoice.

PAYMENT
All payments are in £ (GBP). We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed via EventBrite.
CONFIRMATION OF
REGISTRATION
Following registration and payment you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket. Please print or bring this with you on an electronic device for easy registration.
CANCELLATION AND
REFUND
All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email only) to ebcss@igc.ed.ac.uk
Cancellations received by 31/01/2027 are subject to £30 administration fee per participant. For cancellations after this date - no refund will be possible.
