Patient & Advocate Attendance

Complimentary registration and a limited number of travel bursaries are available to people affected by breast cancer, including patients, patient advocates and carers, who would like to attend EBCSS 2027.

Patient involvement is an important part of EBCSS. We warmly encourage patients, advocates and carers to participate in discussions, ask questions of the scientific and clinical community, share their perspectives, and help ensure that the voices and priorities of people affected by breast cancer are represented throughout the symposium.

Complimentary Registration

We have a number of complimentary registration places including conference dinner tickets available for EBCSS 2027.

Patients, patient advocates, carers and those affected by breast cancer who would like to attend can apply for complimentary registration by clicking the “Apply” button to the left.

Places are limited and applications will be reviewed by the EBCSS team.

Travel Bursaries

A limited number of travel bursaries are also available to help make attendance at EBCSS 2027 more accessible.

Bursaries can provide support towards economy travel within the UK and accommodation at one of our official partner hotels for the duration of the symposium.

If you would like to be considered for a travel bursary, please indicate this on your application. A member of the EBCSS team will contact successful applicants with further information.

Access to the Exhibition Area

EBCSS 2027 is supported by a number of pharmaceutical and life-sciences companies. In order to comply with the ABPI Code and applicable requirements governing the promotion of prescription medicines, access to certain industry exhibition and promotional areas may be restricted according to attendee status.

Where such restrictions apply, this will be clearly indicated on conference badges and signage. These restrictions will not affect access to the main EBCSS scientific programme, patient-focused sessions or general conference activities.
